JOHN S. DILEO JR.
President

Mr. John S. DiLeo Jr. worked side by side with his father, Mr. John S. DiLeo Sr., for over 20 years, learning Hylan Datacom & Electrical business hands-on. He controls all financial matters and business decisions for the entire organization. John also reviews daily project reports and production sheets, as does the entire senior management team, actively monitoring the progress and status of all jobs. In his role as President, he carries on the strong client service orientation and stringent quality standards which are the family tradition. Mr. DiLeo graduated from St. John's University in 1983.

 

 

ROBERT DILEO
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Robert DiLeo has more than 25 years experience in the utility, telecom & electrical industry. Prior to becoming CEO, Robert served as Vice President & COO of Hylan Datacom & Electrical. He played a key role in the development and expansion of Hylan Datacom & Electrical into emerging technologies such as fiber optic cable and wireless telephony. He also developed and implemented best-industry-practice installation procedures insuring safe, quality installations. Mr. DiLeo continues to bring innovation and excellence in his role as CEO, responding to our customers’ evolving competitive market needs.

 

 

JOHN PALLARINO
General Superintendent / Executive Vice President

Mr. Pallarino's electrical career spans over 48 years. He started out as an apprentice by serving the normal New York State requirement of 5 years. After apprenticeship and approximately 5 years as a journeyman, Mr. Pallarino was promoted to the position of foreman and subsequently, general foreman. He became Superintendent of Mansfield Construction in 1975 and Superintendent of Band Electric in 1982.
 

In 1989, he was appointed General Superintendent of Hylan Electrical Contracting, Inc. In addition to these duties, Mr. Pallarino handles most of the estimating and purchasing for all construction, management and environmental operations. His expertise lies in union matters in analyzing situations and acting in a timely manner to the customer's satisfaction. His calm, logical approach makes this possible. Through these qualities he has gained the confidence and respect of major companies to handle their most difficult projects.

 

 

CARMINE V. MANNA
Senior Vice President

Mr. Manna has 27 years of management experience. He has managed internationally known sports and convention facilities in New York City. While at these facilities, he was responsible for directing major construction and renovation projects. He prides himself as being a customer-driven manager who works hard to provide courteous, quality and professional workmanship to all of his clients. Mr. Manna's customer relation skills are an asset to Hylan Datacom & Electrical and our customers.

 

 

DAN WILLIAMS
Vice President Telecom Operations

Mr. Williams has over 25 years experience in the communications industry. He is a seasoned veteran, spending the last 20 years as Project Manager on all phases of datacom / telecommunications construction. His knowledge and proven capabilities with projects include pre-planning, cost engineering, vendor pricing and selection, as well as hiring and maintaining personnel and project scheduling. Mr. Williams' outstanding leadership skills have helped him become one of the industry's best and have given him the opportunity to work in twenty U.S. States and six foreign countries.

 

 

JAMES OWEN
Assistant Superintendent

Mr. Owen has 38 years of experience in the electrical industry, which includes the normal apprentice program and graduation to journeyman. Shortly thereafter he became foreman on many complex electrical projects. He has supervised over 150 journeyman electricians on a major project. Now as Assistant Superintendent, Mr. Owen oversees all of the manpower, scheduling, materials and estimating. His duties include meeting with engineers, clients, architects and construction management personnel to insure successful completion of all projects. Mr. Owen is a proficient draftsman and is responsible for quality control on all projects.

 

 

JOHN VERDE
Vice President Maintenance

Mr. Verde has over a decade of experience in the electrical industry. He specializes in lighting and electrical maintenance and has been involved in the design and installation of energy efficient lighting and electrical systems. He has completed these installations in shopping centers, supermarkets, retail stores and banking institutions throughout the tri-state area. John oversees the day-to-day operations of our lighting and electrical maintenance division. He is on hand to work closely with all of his customers. He believes in courteous service, quality workmanship and quick response times to meet all of his customer's lighting and electrical service needs.

 

 

LARRY FODROWSKI
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Fodrowski graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University in 1970. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the New York State Society of CPA's. Prior to joining Hylan Datacom & Electrical, his experience included both Controller and Chief Financial Officer positions in both public and private accounting. Mr. Fodrowski is a highly respected member of our staff known for his meticulous attention to details, organizational skills, broad industry knowledge, and composed demeanor.

 

 

THOMAS CERULLI
Controller

Mr. Cerulli graduated from St. John's University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He spent five years in public accounting specializing in unions and the construction industry. He supervises the accounting staff and oversees the accounting policies on a daily basis. In addition, he prepares interim and year-end financial statements. Other duties include preparing various sales tax returns, assisting owners in banking decisions, and supervising Hylan’s accounting function.
